Return and exchange

 

For exchange or return submit your request 3 days after receiving the order " there’s no return or exchange for international orders “

Submit your request via WhatsApp or email and we will contact you within 48 hours

Return or exchange request will not be accepted after 3 days of receiving the order

If you wish to cancel the order, please note that you must inform us of the cancellation within 3 days of receiving the order. A return request will then be submitted, and the amount will be refunded to the same card used for payment through the website. This process takes 3–10 business days, and you will receive an email regarding the return request.

لن يتم قبول طلب الاسترجاع او الاستبدال بعد مرور 3 ايام من استلام الطلب

 

في حال الرغبة بالغاء الطلب يرجى العلم بأنه يجب ابلاغنا بالالغاء بعد 3 ايام من استلام الطلب حيث يتم تقديم طلب الاسترجاع ويتم اعادة المبلغ الى نفس البطاقة التي تم الدفع منها عن طريق الموقع يتم ذلك خلال 3-10 ايام عمل وسيصلكم ايميل بطلب الاسترجاع .
